Refund Policy

At PhoneCalls.pro, we want our customers to feel confident and satisfied with their AI answering services. Due to the nature of customized AI setup and digital infrastructure, we have outlined the following refund terms.
1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once your AI agent setup has been initiated, except as outlined below.
2. First-Time Users – 7-Day Satisfaction Window
If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:
You have not used more than 60 minutes of AI phone or chat time
You have submitted the onboarding form in full
You make the request by email to support@phonecalls.pro within 7 calendar days
3. After the 7-Day Window
No refunds will be issued after the initial 7-day grace period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Setup Fees
If your plan includes a setup fee, it is non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
5. Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days, you may request a pro-rated refund based on the standard monthly rate minus any setup fees. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for annual subscriptions.
6. Technical Service Failures
In the event of a verified system outage exceeding 48 hours, we may issue a partial refund or credit at our discretion. This does not apply to outages caused by third-party services or integrations.
7. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@phonecalls.pro with your account name, email, and reason for the request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
